2/19/13 Updates

So, this week I went in-person and spoke with the manager of Bourbon St., he said that he would be happy to help with catering the after-party, but would like to know more. So I put together a catering proposal to go along with the sponsorship proposal.

Friday:      11am-11:30am= 30mins(Bourbon St.)
                   8pm- 11pm= 3hrs (Working on proposal)

Saturday: 12am-2am =2hrs (Screened submissions)

Sunday:    4pm-9pm= 5hrs(Screened submissions)

2/12/13 Updates

... Venue contract signed, sealed and delivered.
The new assignment is catering, the efforts to get items donated has been tough but we will see how it pans out. If places aren't willing to donate, we will see about at least getting reasonable deals on the catering choices. We have to find  one or two more options to replace some of the catering options that have declined donating to the event. The libraries are being contacted for the main performance, and I've spoken with some DJ's and VJ's are being searched.

Tue: Class Meeting ( Called catering)
Wed:
Thurs :
Fri:10am- 12pm = 2hrs ( Papers)
Sat: 7pm-9pm = 2hrs (Papers)
Sun: 12am -3am = 3hrs (Papers, and emailed updates to Tasha.)
Mon: (Group meeting) + 9am- 11am = 2hrs (Papers)

Total: 9hrs
