Manual Revisions (+1hr) are in the process my Reflection Paper (+2hrs) is complete. Visions is actually almost a wrap for 2013 it's saddening to see it all come to a close.

Updates 3/17/12
Right now the biggest thing to do is get catering finalized, we are working to get things sorted out with Katy's. I've called Party Suppliers and made reservations for additional food warmers, I'm going to check them out this week or weekend ,to make sure they are what we need.
I've been communicating with DJ's about playing the event, finalizing performances this week. We have to move on to get into tech for the after party. I was thinking of setting up some lights at the party so we'll be doing a tech scout for light and projector placement this week.
And I'm going keep spreading the word about Visions until the whole world knows.

Update 4/1/12
So this week I Reserved four additional food warmers with sternos from Party Suppliers, they will be Picked up on Thursday. I went and threw up my posters for Islands and The Soapbox. The surf shop beside Island's asked me to put one in their window. Every little bit of window space helps.
While putting up my poster at The Soapbox I ran into Brent, the owner, and scheduled to do a tech scout. Chandler, Matt G. and I are all planning for this awesome showing of 3 by 3, 1by 1, by Christopher Carullo, its going to be awesome!
Lastly , I've been confirming things with the DJ's to make sure that they have all of the equipment that they need. Which leads to the question..."Does anyone have any fold up tables that we can use at the after party, we promise not to break it." lol

3/24/13 Updates
Updates are that catering is locked, and performers are on board. Things are coming together for AP. Going in to finish confirming the reservations for chafers from Party Supplier, tomorrow.
Spoke with Trader Joe's and they are willing to donate, waiting to hear back how much. I don't think it will be anything to get excited about but every little bit helps.
Now just putting the finishing touches on AP and getting ready for this final week of spreading the word about Visions.

2/19/13 Updates
So, this week I went in-person and spoke with the manager of Bourbon St., he said that he would be happy to help with catering the after-party, but would like to know more. So I put together a catering proposal to go along with the sponsorship proposal.
Friday: 11am-11:30am= 30mins(Bourbon St.)
8pm- 11pm= 3hrs (Working on proposal)
Saturday: 12am-2am =2hrs (Screened submissions)
Sunday: 4pm-9pm= 5hrs(Screened submissions)

2/12/13 Updates
... Venue contract signed, sealed and delivered.
The new assignment is catering, the efforts to get items donated has been tough but we will see how it pans out. If places aren't willing to donate, we will see about at least getting reasonable deals on the catering choices. We have to find one or two more options to replace some of the catering options that have declined donating to the event. The libraries are being contacted for the main performance, and I've spoken with some DJ's and VJ's are being searched.

Tue: Class Meeting ( Called catering)

Fri:10am- 12pm = 2hrs ( Papers)
Sat: 7pm-9pm = 2hrs (Papers)
Sun: 12am -3am = 3hrs (Papers, and emailed updates to Tasha.)
Mon: (Group meeting) + 9am- 11am = 2hrs (Papers)

Update 1-28-13
The venue has been locked down. I will be meeting up with my contact this week to get signatures on this agreement. Next in line is catering, we have been making inquiries but they've all seemed to be a bit pricey,so we are still on the search. But we are confident we will find something soon, and reasonable.
