Update 1-28-13

The venue has been locked down. I will be meeting up with my contact this week to get signatures on this agreement. Next in line is catering, we have been making inquiries but they've all seemed to be a bit pricey,so we are still on the search. But we are confident we will find something soon, and reasonable.

I emailed my contact  from The Soapbox on Wednesday and gave him a call on Friday to touch basis, no answer, so I left a message. I will be calling him tomorrow, Tuesday, January 22 and will be calling him EVERYDAY until things are discussed and set in stone or he informs me not to call anymore. Getting the space finally locked down is the main concern right now, but we have been thinking  of ways to handle catering and will continue moving along as we work confirming our location.
